Information provided is used by Clarksville Academy only. Clarsville Academy is committed to protecting privacy, and does not sell or distribute personal information to third-parties.
PAYMENT / REFUND POLICY:
As an independent private school, Clarksville Academy extends annual commitments to faculty, staff, vendors, and various other parties based on enrollment and has incurred expenses and obligations; therefore, the school is unable to refund prorated tuition or fees, or forgive any outstanding balance of tuition or fees in the event of student separation from the school as the result of their Parent/Guardian/Obligator decision to do so, or dismissal action taken by the school for absences (medical or non-medical), withdrawal (medical or non-medical), academic failure, or dismissal. In consideration of the acceptance of the student, the Parent/Guardian/Obligator signed assumes financial responsibility for the student and is obligated to pay one, full school year tuition and all applicable fees. Credit cards are accepted for payment with an additional processing fee.
